Jim Witmer, P.E., PLS
Jim, founder of JNM Engineering, LLC, is a 2002 graduate of Frostburg State University (BS- Environmental Analysis and Planning and a minor in biology). He has over 25 years of experience in land development design, stormwater management, civil engineering, surveying, and environmental studies within the public and private sectors. Jim is currently a licensed professional engineer and land surveyor in Maryland, a DNR qualified professional, a certified arborist, and a LEED certified green associate. Jim has a strong commitment to developing and implementing smart growth practices, responsible development, and environmental friendly growth.
