Jim, founder of JNM Engineering, LLC, is a 2002 graduate of Frostburg State University (BS- Environmental Analysis and Planning and a minor in biology). He has over 15 years of experience in land development design, civil engineering, surveying, and environmental studies within the public and private sectors. Jim is currently a licensed professional engineer and land surveyor in Maryland, a DNR qualified professional, a certified arborist, and a LEED certified green associate.
